About Me

Hi, I'm Rachel.  I'm in my late (eek!) 20's but perpetually look like a 16-year-old.  I live and work in the DC area with my husband, Blake.  With the help of a team of wonderful fertility doctors, we are joyfully expecting our first child, a girl, in April 2015.

When not working, playing with (and cleaning up after) Bear, keeping up with the house or going on adventures with Blake, you can find me curled up with a good book.  In fact, if you feel so inclined, you can see what I'm reading on Goodreads.

This is a blog about nothing in particular.  You'll find house projects, adventures with my husband, thoughts on furniture, gripes about pregnancy, copious pictures of my dog, funny commuting stories and anything else I feel like writing.
